Choose Apple menu > System Preferences, click Accessibility, click Display, then click Pointer. You can turn off this feature, if you want, or change the size and color of the pointer. If you lose track of the pointer on the screen, quickly move your finger on the trackpad or quickly move the mouse-the pointer briefly gets bigger so it’s more visible. It’s used to point to and select items, move scroll bars, resize windows, and more.

When using a PluginMouse retrieved from Plugin/GetMouse, you can use the following icons similar to your system’s default cursors, such as hands, arrows, I-beams, etc.

To hide the cursor entirely, do not use a transparent image – instead, set UserInputService/MouseIconEnabled to false. While the cursor hovers over a GuiButton, this property is temporarily ignored.
